Antena 1 highlights The Good Bottle, a Fibrenamics project
In an exclusive interview for Antena 1's 90 Seconds of Science program, João Bessa talked about Fibrenamics' The Good Bottle project.
Developed in collaboration between Mirpuri Foundation and Fibrenamics Association - University of Minho, The Good Bottle project aims to be an alternative to the fast disposal products in society.
During his intervention, João Bessa, Technology Manager at Fibrenamics, highlighted the need to solve the current problem of plastic islands at the bottom of our oceans, caused by products developed from conventional plastics that, naturally, are jeopardizing the survival of marine species and, simultaneously, the marine ecosystem.
