Fibrenamics continues to strengthen its collaborative network with the integration of 12 new members, consolidating an ecosystem of partners that reinforces its positioning as a strategic interface between science, technology and industry.

This reinforcement of the members’ network includes companies such as Calvelex, Rifer, António Salgado Outlet, BeyondComposite, CVR – Centre for Waste Valorisation, SJ Textile Lab, CCG/ZGDV and Vital Marques Rodrigues, Filhos, as well as the international companies Coplatex, from Brazil, Mehler Engineered Products Portugal, from Germany, and LuxDefTec S.A., from Luxembourg. The international dimension of these partners contributes to strengthening Fibrenamics’ visibility and external projection.

This consolidation process reflects a trajectory of continuous growth, with the most recent milestone being the formal presentation of new members during the Fibrenamics General Assembly, held on 9 December 2025 at the Leixões Cruise Terminal, in Porto.

The group of Fibrenamics members spans diverse and complementary areas, including the textile and apparel industry, technical and functional textiles, coatings and high value-added solutions, composite materials and waste valorisation, as well as research and technological development, with applications in the fields of defence, protection and security.

This commitment to an expanded and complementary ecosystem reinforces the mission of transforming knowledge into competitiveness, through technology transfer, collaborative innovation and the development of solutions with impact on industry and society.
