Shape up! It is an R & D project, created from a joint venture between 560 Architects and the University of Minho, aiming at the transformation of wood waste materials into handmade wooden alloys to be applied in various areas and, simultaneously, transformed into many different products such as chairs, tables, panels, tiles, utensils and many others.
Results
Shape Up! Is more than a handmade wooden alloy, is an added-value reference Design brand. Moreover, it is a brand for the production added-value construction materials.
This project was one of the winners of the 1st edition of “Ideias com Fibra” (Ideas contest).
