Joana Araújo

Joana Araújo obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and her master’s degree in Characterization and Chemical Analysis Techniques at University of Minho. In 2018 she started a research fellowship at 2C2T/Fibrenamics group under the topic “Functionalization of natural fibres with nanoparticles for CBRN defense”. Currently she’s working on her PhD project titled “Multifunctional Fibrous structures for Advanced Personal Protective Equipment based on Natural Fibres and Nanomaterials”.
