Jörg Müssig

Since 2007 Jörg Müssig is Professor at HSB. After graduating, he joined the FIBRE in 1995. From 1996 until 1998, he was a scientific co-worker of the ‘New materials’ group, European Academy Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. In 1998 he joined the Bremen University (PhD in 2001) and rejoined the FIBRE as head of the ‘Bio-based Materials Group’ till 2007. From 2004 till 2009, he was a member of The Young Academy, Berlin. In 2020, he received an Erskine Fellowship from the University of Canterbury, NZ.
